189 pounds

I am eager to get past this leveling off in my metabolism. It's falling off a bit slower this week, but I remember this happening last time. It seems like I am going nowhere and then the bottom drops out and more pounds falls off quickly. I've been VERY good about my eating habits. I had some Thai food for the first time yesterday. It was a spicy chicken with white rice, bamboo shoots, carrots, etc. Pretty tasty, but was it hot!

For dinner, I met a group of guys at the local hamburger joint. I had a chicken sandwich and some chicken noodle soup. Everyone around me was slugging down hamburgers with tons of cheese and piles of fries or onion rings. I really wanted to grab an ice cream as a reward afterwards, but I went to wal-mart instead and bought some DVDs. (Note, those are three seperate links. One for each disk I purchased). We'll get into discussing my DVD addiction another day. I think I am up to 560 or so in the collection.

560...!? Eep! On the plus side, Antwone Fisher turned out to be much better than I had expected.
