190 pounds

Staying on track with a pound a day. It sure sounds tempting to go get some pizza. Instead, I'm going to mow the lawn and hit the treadmill.

What form of way are you using to loose some weight?

Get some pizza. I used to work out with a couple of physical therapists and sports nutritionists back when I was in the Corps, so I learned a bit about physical conditioning.

One thing I learned, is, have a splurge day. Guilt free. If you forbid yourself from any pleasures, then it becomes distracting, and can actually prevent you from further advancement. So stick with your routine Sun-Fri, or Mon-Sat, or however you choose to schedule it, but on your off day, eat what you want.

By doing this, it gives you something to look forward to, and can help you stick to your diet. "I can easilly stick this out all week, because I'm going to make myself sick on tacos Saturday". You know what I mean? You might not lose a pound that day, and might even put one on (unless you make the tacos yourself with ground turkey), but it's ok. You're still ahead of the game, and one day isn't going to hinder your progress.

If you'd like any other advice, feel free to drop me a line : haveitblack@cafeceezer.com :, and I'll write up a little ditty for you.
