Next came the logo, created by Josh Williams.
I printed out a large version of the image and ironed it on a tshirt.
Josh also created the next generation image map for our front page. Check it out. We never did use this one on the main page, but it gave us a good idea of what we wanted to present to the surfing public.
Finally, we were ready to launch the web site and claim our piece of the dot com pie! The initial pages were very bland. We had a header on the top of the page and the text flowed beneath. It wasn't fancy, but it was ours.
