A Visit to My Home Theater

Posted on February 2, 2008 12:13 AM by Joel Comm

I recently won a Mac Mini in Marlon Sander's affiliate contest and wanted to show him how I was putting it to use.

So I made this video and then decided it would be fun to share it with everyone.

I'd like to say thank you to Marlon for the Mac Mini, and recommend that folks check out his InfoProduct Dashboard tool for making information products quick and easy.

Enjoy the video...

how many sq feet is your home theater, I have been thinking of building one and it looks just like the right size. Also, is your projector HD?

  2. Enrique Says:

Can you actually play games on a Mac Mini?
I want to replace my kids' old Pentium4 for a Mac mini, but I don't know if they will be able to play their Need for speed, FIFA, and other 3d demanding games on a Mac mini.
Judging for your video, I guess it is possible.
Is it a good gaming machine for kids?
    Great home theater you have!

    Joel,
First of all, thanks for the Adsense insight. Using your info, my Adsense income jumped 7.6%% in the first month and a very nice 68.7% the next month (over the baseline month before I used your book) Needless to say it covered the cost of the book, plus a few upgrades to my house, in the first month.

Looks like you're having quite a good time in your home theater. Care to share any more particulars about your home theater? I've been designing and installing custom home theaters for the past 18 years. I'm currently senior design engineer for a $2.7 million/yr home systems integration firm. I even authored the 7 part home theater design series for Home Theater Magazine. If you need any feedback or pointers, just drop me line.
