Amazon.com Customer Service

Posted on December 31, 2004 12:19 AM by Joel Comm

If you haven't shopped at Amazon.com, you probably aren't reading this entry. Let's face it, just about everyone has made a purchase from Amazon.com at some point. But have you ever tried to contact Amazon customer service?

I challenge you to find a phone number on the Amazon.com web site. Go ahead. Look. You won't find it. Why not? They don't want you to. Amazon would rather deal with customers via email.

But that doesn't mean a phone number for customer service doesn't exist. As I was thumbing through my address book today, I came across the Amazon.com customer service phone number which I have had to use a few times. It may not be published on their web site, but I assure you that it works just fine. You'll want to write this down. Ready?

The Amazon.com customer service phone number is 1-800-201-7575

It will come in handy sooner or later.
