A few months back, I launched this groundbreaking Internet marketing course to the world...

The Secret Classroom

... and the feedback has been fantastic! I regularly receive emails from people telling me what an impact this course has had on their online business.

I wanted to take a moment today and share one of these emails with you. I think it says way more about the value of The Secret Classroom than I could ever say in my own words.

This email was sent to me by Russell Burnham. He dissected the entire Secret Classroom series and detailed what he has learned from each of the speakers. So take it away, Russell...

Hey Joel,

Here's what The Secret Classroom and The Next Internet Millionaire DVDs have done for me so far.

I've watched the DVDs, most of them twice. I've watched the whole series once on DVD. (Really well done.) I don't know what Mark Joyner said, or what happened, but after watching that first DVD, my production literally doubled in the same day. Since then, my production levels have increased at least 50% more. Awesome, right?

Armand - the guy is a freak, making everything seem so easy and all that. But when I've done some of what he taught in the Secret Classroom, I found out that it really is easy. The doing part... Look, I've been shying off having any list since 2000. I have started one, and it's done pretty well - but I wouldn't have without what Armand said about "lists". It's not really what he talked about mainly, but it's my own big takeaway.

Marlon - whoa! I decided to "take on" my phone company because they have the local charter for delivering TV service here. I'm making my position known - and spreading the word about the phone company - and I'll have TV here soon because of applying the guerrilla tactics Marlon talked about. Okay, so it's not really how he said to apply them, because it's not to a product, but it's applicable nonetheless to just getting the darn results I want from others! Sheez! Marlon is insanely dynamic in his presentation, so I couldn't help but love it.

Mike Koenigs inspired my 9-year old to want to make videos and set up a site to help save some nearly extinct sea turtles. His teaching to the Secret Classroom was my second favorite in all of them because the info was just RIGHT THERE and usable. I'm writing a video and saving up for the equipment Mike talked about so when I release an actual course I'm working on, it will be the talk of that community.

Anyway, Brad Fallon freaked me out - I couldn't sleep for like two days after listening to him. His insight into business and growth is unreal. His talk unleashed in me a damn entrepreneurial rebirth I didn't really want but now am SO glad is back. He unlocked ideas for myself, and people I know, and people I've worked with, and people I want to help. Brad is quite the phenomenon!

Mike Filsaime - how can anyone NOT love Mike? He just gives out incredibly powerful info like it's nothing to him and it kind of left me feeling like I had to tear apart the gold he gave because there's diamonds and platinum inside that I just know is there. Yeah, luckily I couldn't sleep anyway from what Brad had said, because Mike's hour would have done the same thing. Plus, he inspired me to write a post about Ron Paul - real, heart-felt. And that darn post got over 400 diggs. Pretty neat.

ANYWAY...

Ray Edwards - at first I thought he was just an overpaid, highly publicized copywriter. There was nothing special about him. But about 15-20 minutes into it, something happened to him that just opened Ray up like... nothing I've seen. It was just a little nuance of a change, but the resulting outpour for an hour and a half was a totally different super star who reminded me what copywriting is really all about. (And I wrote a killer sales letter to promote something a friend already had - and I had to stop him from buying it AGAIN after he read what I wrote after I listened to Ray. His intention was just plain pure, and what really communicated. Awesome!

Dave Taylor just messed me up for life. I don't think I can ever again return to normal (thank god) after listening to him (for the 7th time now). You know, all this Web 2.0 promo by the big time IM names and NOTHING that has come out in the free info for them even approaches the level that Dave talks from. Nothing, not even Andy's fantastic video editing skills, not even Frank's WHOA! info. Oh yeah, I outrank my phone company for several key terms so people in the area can read about it. Yeah, within hours I was ranked #1 on Google - because I followed what Dave said. It's like Dave is literally back from a future that is going to be and telling me what to do now, and for what's coming. Talk about a powerhouse headstart on tomorrow!

Perry is a really special creature. How does anyone know all the things he talks about? I know why he's got such a following online, though! I know I'll have to watch that more to really "get" a lot of what he's saying. His examples, by the way, have helped me plan the core emotions - and I buy Cosmo for my wife, too - but it's really for me... Hee hee...

Rich Schefren... His genuine care and want to help others gave me the reminder I needed to finally decide to start up again with what I love the most (outside of my family) - markets. His greatness, his compassion reminded me that there are still wonderful, caring, competent people in the world who are really making a huge difference in the lives of others. Without Rich's being there, without me having watched that last video from Rich, I would literally be working twice as hard today and making about half as much. How he delivers his messages, how he shows he cares, it's the reminder I needed to finally make the decision to break free. Again. I'm almost not at all cynical anymore. I do my best to emulate Rich's qualities so I can be as much help to my market as Rich has been to me.

Overall, I have to say that if you hadn't ever done the Next Internet Millionaire, or if I hadn't ever watched it and gotten it, I would still be struggling along, aimless, meandering, accomplishing almost nothing. That's not at all who I am today, and, Joel, I really have to thank YOU for producing this...this... portable mastermind group for my continued growth.

If you've actually read all this, thanks. I really appreciate what you've done, Joel, and Joel's staff. Stay great!
