It has come to my attention that some of my digital materials are being illegally resold online. People are setting up websites containing my complete sales letter (mostly of AdSense Secrets) along with all graphics and videos, and selling them with a link to their paypal account.
I have been sending DMCA Takedown notices to Internet service providers as I become aware of rogue sites they are hosting. However, they continue to pop up.
This post serves as a legal notice and disclaimer that no one has the right to sell or resell any of my current products or services apart from participating in company-endorsed affiliate programs (such as affiliating via Clickbank).
As much as I am trying to keep up with this digital theft, neither I nor my companies may be held responsible for the presentation, the product, the transactions or the support of products or services illegally promoted.
In reference to AdSense Secrets, AdSense-Secrets.com (and the Clickbank shopping cart it leads to), is the only legitimate site from where a purchase can be made. Any replicated site that presents a paypal buy button is illegal.

HiJoel, here is a question: Where can I get a printed copy (if there is one) of your book in Europe (http://www.adsense-secrets.com/).
Thanks and kind regards,
Jay
I understand that this is illegal, and I support your attempts to stop this practice. But, you must admit, it seems like a fairly sincere form of flattery.
Good on you sir!
Too many people get away with this sort of thing because people won't take action. Or don't know how to!
Best of luck with it!
Hey Joel,
This speaks of the sorry state of moral fiber nowadays. Anybody can steal the work of gifted people who create material. The law has been adulterated with bleeding hearts who let these scum bags off because they had bad childhoods etc., etc...It is too bad a service like copyscape would not be able to help pin these thieves down..
Is it possible you might wish to create a software package or service that would be able to locate these low lives and get their ability to accept funds for the profits from the avails of this type of criminal activity.
I see copyscape can find duplicate work very fast perhaps with money and programmers a service or software like this could be developed.
I do see an opportunity here though. I don't know if it is feasible and I sure don't have development funds to pay programmers.
I think that people like yourself who suffer losses in the 1000s would be glad to nail some of this type of theft.
Just an idea that hit me while I was reading this blog article.
