I have to agree.
I love variety. It keeps things exciting.
It's why you see me doing multiple projects and always coming out with something new.
I just can't sit still. (My wife says it is ADD, but I think she is.. Oh! Look at the butterfly!)

Well, you know how I teach people to find a niche and become the expert in that niche by doing something that no one else has done?
I'm taking my own advice.
This year, you will see several new projects coming from me and my team... project that are brand new and have never been done before!
In fact, in just a couple short weeks I will be revealing the first of these projects. It is perhaps the most ambitious thing I have ever done. And it will be unlike anything you have seen on the Internet before.
It's coming... so watch this space for a BIG announcement. I mean, REALLY BIG!
In the meantime, I want to give a shoutout to someone who really deserves it.
As your business grows, it is wise to outsource certain tasks in to be more effective overall.
A little over a year ago, my customer base was growing so quickly that I couldn't possibly keep up with the various issues that were coming my way.
It is my desire to provide excellent customer service, but I was finding that I couldn't handle it all on my own.
That's when I asked Mike Filsaime who he used to handle his Help Desk.

So I contacted Nancy and hired her to take over my customer support.
I've got to tell you this... It was the BEST move I could have made at that time!

If you have great customer support then your customers will buy more and more from you.
The customer support is vital for any business. Specially for info products.
