When Apple released the iPhone in 2007, they effectively announced "game over" to the rest of the cell phone world.
With the release of the 3G and the iTunes App Store, Apple puts another nail in the coffin of wannabees who will arrive late to this party.
The moment I saw the App Store, I realized that I had to begin producing applications that the installed user base of 10,000,000 iPhone users would embrace.
I'm excited to announce the release of my first application...
iVote Mobile is the iPhone's first polling application that allows people to voice their opinion on any nunber of questions related to politics, current events, entertainment, sports and other topics.
This is a free application with a social networking component built in. Voters can not only pull the lever on their preference for each question, but they can also add comments and rate other user's comments.
The results are displayed graphically by percentage on a global, national, regional and local level. It leads to all kinds of interesting analysis!
Users may also click the "iAsk" button to submit their own question for possible inclusion as an iVote poll.

I just downloaded iVote to my Touch, and I've got to tell you, you've really put together a 'killer' application.
The concept is great, but I think your implementation/interface sets a new standard - it's dynamic, intuitive, and provides a great deal of information in such a small space.
There's always a reason for creating an app like this, do you mind sharing yours?
Of course, it's *sorta* like the Ask Database for the iPhone (allows you to tap into the mind of the masses), so is its purpose more for marketing intelligence, or are looking to create a portfolio of great apps and get bought out... if you don't mind sharing. :)
