Leveling off...

It's been a zero weight-loss week. One night we had some friends come over and they brought brownies and ice cream. Fuggedaboudit. And today we had a end of school party for our kids. Naturally, there was cake and ice cream. Just go ahead and paste it to my abdomen, why doncha? Soooo, maybe I can get back on track this week. But what to do with that leftover cake?

Hi! Don't be discouraged...habit patterns of right eating are the main goal...just personally rediscovered walking lately...there is a wonderful nature/bike trail in our town..not only did it feel good to walk-but it reduced stress because the trail went into the country where there were lots of bunny rabbits, birds, etc. It was totally refreshing...and free! It is fun reading of other's lives..God bless...
