Me and my sidekick

sidekick.jpgI have been wanting to get my hands on a PDA/phone that would allow me to have wireless access to the web and email. The technology is finally at a level where the download speed is tolerable, so I have been shopping around for a unit. Today, I took a leap of faith and purchased a T-Mobile Sidekick.

T-Mobile allows you to try out their products for 14 days. If I am not happy, I can return it for a complete refund. I like that. :-)

So, I'll be giving this little puppy a whirl and will check back with my evaluation in the near future. I know, you can hardly wait.

    Hey that sounds neat.
Does it allow you to hook up to a laptop?
We are going on a big road trip next summer and are searching for a way we can have internet access on the way, without having dialup connections all the time.

    Thanks!
    Ellen
