More Google - Free Plugin for Google

moregoogle.jpgThe pioneering spirit of the Internet continues to inspire people to build a better mousetrap. Nowhere is that spirit better exhibited than in the now ubiquitous search engine known as Google. While not the first search engine on the scene, Google has now surpassed all the rest to become the most useful tool for finding what you want on the web. Today's site highlights a new free download which makes the Google experience ever more useful.

Not formally affiliated with Google, Andreas Pizsa has developed a tool he calls "More Google". In addition to the standard Google search, More Google has added Amazon-like features such as user-ratings, recommendations and reviews to web searches. MoreGoogle also adds links to find archived pages, related sites and a site's traffic statistics.

Pizsa is also pleased to announce that More Google is free of spyware and advertising. I have installed More Google on my computer and am finding it to be quite handy!
