The kids have gone to bed and it is getting late. I decided to check in to the database of questions that have been asked recently at AskJoelComm.com and attempt to answer a few of them here briefly. As you might imagine, I receive more questions than I have time to answer. So if don't get to your question, please don't think I am ignoring you. There just isn't enough of me to go around.
So with no further ado...
Dave writes... "You had recommended this before, but I cannot find where I put it. Can you again tell me the web hosting company that you recommend? Thanks!"
I have servers hosted in many locations, but one of my favorites is Server Beach. I've had relatively few problems with them and the price is fair.
Andre writes... "Hi Joe, My name andrie, i.m from Indonesia, i just buy your book adsense code, and now i want to learn how make money from adsense"
Andre, you can start by reading the book. That's why I wrote it, and I assume, why you bought it!
Tom asks... "Joel, who does your e-book graphics? Love to give them some more business."
They are great, aren't they? Easy enough, Tom. Go to BestEbookCovers.com
Haris writes... "What script are you using for your mailing script and popups of mailing list?"
I am a HUGE fan of Aweber.com. For a very low fee, you can have unlimited mailing lists with autoresponders, broadcast ability and popups for getting people signed up on your list. Good stuff, Maynard... er.. Haris.
And an anonymous fan writes... "What a shame you failed at Arbonne and placing the blame on the company. You are missing out!! It looks to me you wanted an easy way out to sell YOUR books."
Um.. Yeah. The individual who was too ashamed to leave their name or email address is obviously referring to my experiences with Arbonne. On what may be one of the most-commented pages in the history of blogging, I openly discussed the problems that I have with the way the company deals with their consultants. If you have several hours, you can read about it here.
I didn't fail with Arbonne. They failed with me.
And as for wanting an easy way out to sell my books, I have absolutely no idea what you are even trying to say. Remember, friends don't let friends surf the web drunk...
