Ok, so Dick Cheney accidently shot a guy.
The mainstream media has had a grand old time focusing on absolutely nothing. I figured by this weekend it would be over.
Not so.
According to Drudge, Time and Newsweek, the liberal wasterags of the world, are planning on doing COVER STORIES on this nonsense.
If there is anyone left out there that is not convinced that it is the mainstream liberal media's sole mission to destroy the President Bush, this ought to be the wake-up call that they need. If Al Gore had accidently shot someone while Bill Clinton was President, it would have been buried on page 30 of the New York Times. That would have been the last anyone would have heard of it.
So is this idiocy a cause to celebrate? YES! Because the Democrat party leadership and their cohorts in the anti-American mainstream media haven't got a good idea in their collective brains. And the more they reveal their true nature, the more likely that they will continue losing elections.
They become less relevant with each passing day.
Pretty soon, no one will be left to read their rags, watch their trash or listen to their tripe.

Its not just a US thing you know Joel, the same kind of thing happense here in the UK sometimes, but regardless I agree its stupid how the media choose to blow some things up so much.

The scary part of this is that after a while even good people get worn down and start believing the liberal agenda.
Now, that said, there are things that I am unhappy about with President Bush, but I truly believe he has a good heart, strong convictions, a view of what he was elected to do.
His ratings are down to 39 again after going up briefly, but what can you expect? 911 has hurt our economy as has the war in Iraq and Katrina.
But most of all the liberal bashing takes it's toll.
Thank goodness he has an agenda, is sticking to it and is tough.
I think the majority of people just do not realize how ugly this war with terrorism will get and that is more scary than anything. If we could just come together as a nation, put all of our efforts into fighting terrorism instead of ourselves, we'd be at least going in the same direction and stop wasting time and resources because some people don't like George Bush.
Letting me vent.
