Disclaimers and Copyright Violations

Posted on December 14, 2011 8:35 AM

It has come to my attention that some of my digital materials are being illegally resold online. People are setting up websites containing my complete sales letter (mostly of AdSense Secrets) along with all graphics and videos, and selling them with a link to their paypal account. I have been sending DMCA Takedown notices to Internet service providers as I become aware of rogue sites they are hosting. However, they continue to pop up. This... Continue Reading

Flip Your Website

Posted on June 6, 2011 8:02 PM

In a recent blog post I had mentioned that I was both selling of some of my biggest internet properties and at the same time looking to acquire more sites. This led to a conversation with my VP of Ideas Dan Nickerson about all our mutual internet properties and the need to create a "simple" marketplace to introduce domain sellers and buyers. Sure there are a number of domain marketplaces online, but they can be... Continue Reading

Content Really is KaChing!

Posted on May 17, 2011 12:00 PM

As you know, I've been building websites since 1995. I've always been a big fan of creating content-rich sites that bring value to others. That's why I have always spoken against creating spammy sites designed to game the search engines. It's not a good model for building a long-term business. I've sold a number of my sites over the years. In 1998, Yahoo! purchased my multiplayer game site, ClassicGames.com. Today you know it as Yahoo... Continue Reading

Time for a Change

Posted on February 3, 2011 3:04 AM

"To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven." - Ecclesiastes 3:1 Nothing lasts forever. Change is inevitable. Over the past fifteen or so years I have created dozens of websites, products, services and applications that run the gamut of new media. Content sites, information products, member sites, web-based software, iPhone applications, mobile marketing platforms, entertainment sites and more. During that time I have had some tremendous successes and some... Continue Reading

Where is the Integrity in Internet Marketing?

Posted on January 10, 2011 1:03 AM

While I have been doing business online since 1995, I entered the Internet marketing arena in 2005. When I began selling an ebook detailing my strategies for making money with websites using Google AdSense, I found myself at the forefront of the marketplace. In the years that followed, I was sucked into a swirling vortex of product launches, live events and teleseminars. I met many other Internet marketers and developed relationships with some. Posted on December 17, 2010 1:38 PM

If you've been using AdSense for Search, you'll know that last year, Google shut it down. Multiplayer Games in Apple's Game Center

Posted on December 7, 2010 12:03 PM

Apple's Game Center continues to gain traction with iPhone and iPod Touch users. After all, what better way to kill time waiting for the bus or at the airport than with an endless supply of video games at your fingertips? However, only a handful of the 200-plus games in the Game Center have true multiplayer functionality. That is rapidly changing thought, partly with the help of one of InfoMedia Inc's sister companies, Digital Future. Continue Reading
