How do you feel about celebrities?
Are you in awe when you meet someone that is well-known?
Do you get nervous when speaking with them?
Do you attribute value to people based on their status?
How do you treat those that appear to have achieved the level of status, wealth, fame or power that you may aspire to? Continue Reading

I've spent the last few days in Manhattan for the annual Book Expo America (BEA). My publisher, John Wiley & Sons, invited me to do a book signing at their booth today. Twitter Power has become the world's best-selling book on Twitter, even translated into Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Portuguese. I have revised and updated this book, and it is now available in paperback with the title Twitter Power 2.0. Here are some photos of... Continue Reading

I was all set. Today was going to be the day. I knew from the pre-orders on my new book, "Click Here to Order: Stories of the World's Most Successful Internet Marketing Entrepreneurs", that we were on the verge of making history with an instant best-seller. All told, it was twelve hours from door... Continue Reading

I am currently in a top-secret location with an unnamed group of people.
What do we have in common?
We are all online entreprenuers.
Why gather?
Because when people get together and begin discussing their lives, powerful stuff takes place. Continue Reading

I offended Vern Troyer, the actor who played the role of "Mini Me" in the Austin Powers movies. Why would I do such a thing? I didn't mean, to, but it happened anyhow... If you've been following my blog, you would know that I've been in D.C. attending Yanik Silver's Underground Seminar. Yanik was very clever in putting the seminar together. He gave the entire thing an "Austin Powers" secret agent feel, which each attendee... Continue Reading

Here is a great find. For years, diehard Clinton supporters have stuck by the former national embarrassment, applauding what a fantastic President he was. In my estimation, he will go down in history as little more than a blip. Yet, tell that to the people who waited up to EIGHT HOURS in line to get an autographed copy of My Life, Clinton's autobiography which even the New York Times called "sloppy, self-indulgent and often eye-crossingly...
