Facebook can be very frustrating. Early on, I accepted every friend request that came my way. I was being social, right? Shortly after hitting my 5000 friend limit, my account was suspended. Being unhealthy is no fun. I spent many years being obese and not having energy. I had finally had enough.
A couple months back I wrote about how I went from 225 pounds to 175 pounds, dropping eight inches off my waist.
