Colorado Internet Sales Tax - HB-1193

The Colorado state legislature is considering placing a tax on all online ecommerce conducted for state residents. HB-1193, if passed, will have a dramatic affect on affiliate sales of goods and services for those affiliates and merchants conducting business in Colorado.
