"To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven." - Ecclesiastes 3:1 Nothing lasts forever. Change is inevitable. Over the past fifteen or so years I have created dozens of websites, products, services and applications that run the gamut of new media. Content sites, information products, member sites, web-based software, iPhone applications, mobile marketing platforms, entertainment sites and more. During that time I have had some tremendous successes and some... Continue Reading

What makes the difference between a person who succeeds and one who doesn't? What makes the difference between a person who accomplishes great things and another who never does anything? What makes the difference between a person who gets what they want and one that is left empty-handed? Certainly, life can throw all kinds of curveballs at us. We don't get to choose our parents. We don't get to choose where we are born. We... Continue Reading

The following email was sent to me by one of the creators of The Internet Marketing World Cup. I told them I would consider updating my previous blog entry based on what he shared with me. After further consideration, I thought I would just let IMWC's point-of-view speak for itself. With that said, here is the entire email sent to me. It is thoughtful and I admire the IMWC team for proactively contacting me and... Continue Reading

Earlier this year I received a Facebook message from a person representing a well-known author and speaker who has done quite well in the infomercial space. I was told their group was interested in meeting with me to explore the possibility of creating an infomercial that would feature me and teach people about the opportunity for making money on the Internet. Now I have received calls similar to this many times before. Usually it turns... Continue Reading

I occasionally recommend products to people. I don't recommend anything like the number of products I'm asked to recommend, but when I see something that I think is useful, I'm happy to pass it along to others with my endorsement. Continue Reading

I've been online since 1995. That feels like a ridiculously long time. I can remember when programs were written in Basic and games came on floppy disks that held less information than the memory card I now put in my camera. Continue Reading

I've been a public speaker for a number of years.
Whether I am keynoting, conducting a workshop or doing a breakout session, I am passionate about my subject matter.
Everyone has different purposes for speaking. I do it because I must. I am strangely compelled and driven to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
And when I speak, I have three goals in mind.

In this weekly update, you might find me trending a bit towards pop culture. There's just so much to talk about. The title of the entry sandwiches a very serious issue in between two entertaining, yet ultimately meaningless television programs for a reason. That's because the health care discussion (if you can call it that) that has taken place in the United States the past year has been largely void of substance. Instead, the current... Many people discover me for the first time through any number of products or services. For some it is my iPhone applications. For others it is my book on making money with Google, The AdSense Code. Then there are those who know me from my sites that focus on affiliate marketing. Still others first found me through my social media presence or books (eg: Twitter Power). Whenever I speak from the stage, people are always... Continue Reading

(Written by guest contributor Loral Langemeier) Most people aren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth; the truth is very few experience that luxury. Many people opt for settling with the average life, being "gainfully employed." Most buy a home, raise a family, pay into a 401K and get in and (if they're lucky) out of debt. Sound familiar? If it does, you're in a lifestyle cycle -- meaning you tend to struggle your... Continue Reading

What is the most frequently asked question that I receive, so often that I can expect to hear it daily from one source or another? "How do I make money online?" I get asked via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Buzz. I get asked via forms on my web sites. I get asked on my blog. Clearly, this is a question people want answered. But they don't want the same old answers. They don't... Continue Reading

Reading it may save you thousands of dollars in pipe dreams and cause you to focus on the single most important aspect of running an Internet business. If you suffer from A.D.S.
