They change names, don't they?

Andrew Wilson is a 43-year-old self-employed inventor living in Missourri. For whatever reason one might imagine, Andrew no longer goes by the name Andrew. A circuit judge granted him legal permission to change his name. So what's it going to be? Frank? Herbert? George? How about something freaky like Diana or Deborah? Nope.
