The Morning Jog

Some people love to exercise. I am not one of those people. However, it is important to move the body and get your heart rate to an aerobic zone. Loveland, Colorado Brush Fire

It's been terribly dry in Northern Colorado. I can't remember the last time we had a substantial rain.
