It doesn't seem that long ago that forty-eight people made the journey to Denver for our exclusive 3-day live seminar, Elevate. For those three days, our guests had the privilege of learning how to build a successful online business from me and my team. It was a top-notch event packed with first-rate content. We've received nothing but high praise for providing people with the keys for creating a legitimate online business. From defining your perfect... Continue Reading

Once upon a time I said that I would never get a tattoo on my body. I didn't object to others getting one. They just weren't for me. Besides I'm allergic to pain. I break out in screaming. That's why no one was more surprised than I when the idea came to me just a little over a month ago. I was making my "bucket list" and the idea of having a tattoo suddenly seemed... Continue Reading

I wasn't always a fan of roller coasters. When I was a little boy they terrified me. I think my mother took me on one and in my mind that would be the last time I would ever ride one. I remember seeing Space Mountain at Walt Disney World and thinking to myself "no way!" Sometime around fifteen years old that changed. I was at Marriott's Great America in Gurnee, Illinois, with my best friend... Continue Reading

Experts say that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. I believe they are probably correct, but I have a really hard time adjusting my eating habits that much. I'm more likely to skip breakfast altogether, eat a decent lunch and pig out for dinner. I'm also likely to have a mid-afternoon snack to satisfy my sweet tooth. That has all changed. For the past six... Continue Reading

Earlier this year I attended Book Expo America in New York City. I had the opportunity of doing a book signing for the release of Twitter Power 2.0. I had the opportunity to walk the expo floor and encountered a number of interesting vendors. One of the more interesting booths had absolutely nothing to do with books. But it caught my eye just the same. The guy at the booth was playing with a handful... Continue Reading

In this episode of Project Fit, I paid a visit to my alternative medicine doctor to get a second opinion on what I needed to do to become more healthy. We discussed a number of things, including the foods I eat, my exercise plan and my cholesterol levels. According to the American Cancer Society all men should be regularly checked for signs of prostate cancer at the age of fifty. I'm not fifty yet, but... Continue Reading

A few years ago I heard people in the Internet marketing circles talking about "The Secret." I was told it was an amazing film featuring successful people demonstrating a "law of the universe" that had been hidden from the majority of mere mortals. Starring in this film based on a book by Rhonda Byrne were such people as Joe Vitale, James Arthur Ray, Michael Beckwith, David Schirmer and Bill Harris, among otthers. I decided to... Wednesdays at our office is IntaJuice day. Everyone gets their choice of healthy fresh fruit or veggie juice.
Since I am on a course to a healthier me, my assistant told me I should try a wheatgrass shot.
After some resistance, I decided I would give it a go.
I then pressured Dan into doing the shot with me. He really didn't want to do it, but he's a good sport. Continue Reading

I'm just entering week #3 of Project Fit.

How do you feel about celebrities?
Are you in awe when you meet someone that is well-known?
Do you get nervous when speaking with them?
Do you attribute value to people based on their status?
How do you treat those that appear to have achieved the level of status, wealth, fame or power that you may aspire to? Continue Reading

I collect old computer software. In fact, I've got a room in my basement that is packed with old games and applications... mostly games. It's also where I keep my treadmill, the only piece of exercise equipment that has been used again and again. As part of Project Fit, I want to show you where I exercise when the weather is bad. Take a tour of my exercise room and see some very cool old... Continue Reading

Over the years I have tried a number of meal replacement drinks. I remember trying Aloe as a supplement back when Herbalife was new. Yuck. Couldn't stand the stuff. Then there was the protein drinks. Just mix with milk or water and its supposed to taste like a shake. Blech. Not so much. Of course, there are those who preach the "green" drinks. Why not swig a healthy helping of veggies for breakfast? Ick. Seriously... Continue Reading

Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. Those are the the five rules of dodgeball according to Patches O'Houlihan. But if you've ever played a Prince of Persia game, you may find those same rules apply. I never cared much for the original Prince of Persia side-scrollers made famous on the Apple IIe computer. (Though I DO have a copy of the original in my collection!) A failed attempt to go 3D by RedOrb in 1999... Continue Reading

Some people love to exercise.
I am not one of those people.
However, it is important to move the body and get your heart rate to an aerobic zone.
In this episode of Project Fit I take a jog/stroll around my neighborhood.
I'm pretty candid with the reality of the situation. And shin splints aren't helping me along any.
Watch and be sure to leave your comments. Continue Reading
