It's been said that the only difference between men and boys are the price of their toys. I don't know if that's still true, but I do know that I've always been into gadgets. I will never forget the thrill of seeing my first video game. Pong opened the doorway to electronic gaming bliss and most in my generation have never looked back. I remember when Space Invaders and Asteroids came out, displacing the pinball machine as the game du jour. Finally! The third sequel to the best-selling adventure series, Myst, is gearing up for release. Unlike its predecessors, Riven and Exile, Uru: Ages Beyond Myst is going to be massively multiplayer online role playing game. The game will have both single-player and multiplayer components, taking place in a a myst-like environment, surrounded by places to explore and puzzles to solve.
