With the Harriet Miers nomination withdrawn, conservatives everywhere are calling on the President to bring forth a true conservative judge in the fashion of Scalia and Thomas. We desperately need to bring sanity back to the highest court in the land. Appointing a judge that would interpret the law, rather than legislate from the bench, is the best way to achieve this goal. The news is out. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner is retiring from the Supreme Court. I know she has struggled with cancer and I wish her well with her health and family life.
