In this episode of Project Fit, I paid a visit to my alternative medicine doctor to get a second opinion on what I needed to do to become more healthy. We discussed a number of things, including the foods I eat, my exercise plan and my cholesterol levels. If I had a nickel for every person that wanted to build their own website, well, I'd have a LOT of nickels! The problem is that most people get stuck at the "building a website" part. They pay massive fees to have custom sites created. The spend a lot of money on incredibly complicated software. And they end up more frustrated than ever. If you asked someone off the street (let's call him Joe Internet) what it costs to start an online business, chances are he would say hundreds, perhaps even thousands of dollars. Those with basic Internet knowledge probably realize it's not that expensive, and most online marketers know you can get started for free.
