All About Scott

Posted on June 9, 2006 12:42 AM

I met Scott Hildenbrand in the WorldVillage chat room in 1996... that's an eternity in Internet time. I got to know him and found out that he was a talented young programmer with an affinity for basset hounds. Scott has since done a great deal of work for me and I am proud to have him on my team. He has launched his own site with some very interesting content. Scott discusses a variety of... Continue Reading

If I had been drinking milk, it would have shot out of my nose

Posted on September 16, 2005 4:54 PM

Is it April 1st? No, really. It's gotta be a practical joke. Bill Clinton as world saviour I'm just going to assume that it is only the writer of this article that is smoking the wacky weed. And maybe Koffi Annan, the corrupt leader of the U.N. who knows a good partner in crime when he sees one. I guess its a good thing I don't like milk. Continue Reading

Air America Documentary

Posted on March 23, 2005 12:05 AM

Finally, a documentary about the left that I can't WAIT to see. This just in from Drudge... HBO MOVIE SHOWS RADIO 'AIR AMERICA' CHAOS HBO is set to air a behind the scenes look at the launching of liberal radio network AIR AMERICA. The DRUDGE REPORT has obtained a director's cut of LEFT OF THE DIAL, a grossly entertaining docu-drama of life on the other side of the AIR AMERICA microphone. The doubts. The lies... Day 17: A Bite of the Big Apple

Posted on October 21, 2003 9:15 PM

We had a horrible night at the Quality Inn in Lyndhurst, NJ. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the odor was there just the same. I went to the front desk and they gave me an ionizer to use in the room. We gave it a shot, but it didn't do the trick and the odor was giving Mary a headache. It was late and the kids were already falling asleep, so... Continue Reading

What a day, what a week!

Posted on May 31, 2003 8:55 PM

This has been one crazy week. We run three web servers on a T1 line. This week, every single one of them crashed, a couple of them more than once. I've seen a power supply blow and begin smoking. I've had a motherboard go bad. I've got two hard drives that are failing. It has been an insane week for web servers. When WorldVillage.com failed this week (ie: smoking power supply), I decided it was... Continue Reading

A Memorial Day to remember

Posted on May 26, 2003 10:42 PM

What a great day to be an American! I want to personally say "thank you" to those of you who are veterans or are currently serving in our bold and proud armed services. I don't take my freedom lightly and am grateful for those who have sacrificed much for so many. As I was driving down I-35 today, there was a uniformed gentleman on the overpass at 15th street, waving an American flag and... Continue Reading
