How NOT to Propose a Joint Venture

I regularly receive joint venture proposals from people. A small percentage of them have some really good ideas and products, but the majority of them are not good at all. Target BOOTS the Salvation Army

I am ticked off at Target. We shop there regularly, but not today. You may ask "why Joel, why?", and I'll tell you.
