Posted on January 9, 2012 1:17 AM

"When you are through changing, you are through." - Bruce Barton Change is inevitable. Apart from death and taxes, change is the only thing in this life that we can count on. This past year has found me in the midst of much change. After a number of years as an author, speaker and entrepreneur, I have spent the last year quietly reassessing my life. Taking some time away from work, I've been tending to... Continue Reading

Disclaimers and Copyright Violations

Posted on December 14, 2011 8:35 AM

It has come to my attention that some of my digital materials are being illegally resold online. People are setting up websites containing my complete sales letter (mostly of AdSense Secrets) along with all graphics and videos, and selling them with a link to their paypal account. I have been sending DMCA Takedown notices to Internet service providers as I become aware of rogue sites they are hosting. However, they continue to pop up. This... Continue Reading

Joel at 175 Pounds

Posted on January 13, 2011 12:01 AM

On September 1st, 2010, I weighed in at over 225 pounds. I didn't step on the scale often because it wasn't very good news. My energy levels were low. My blood pressure was high. And I was moody. I didn't want to feel that way anymore. I had lost weight in the past, but I wasn't sure I could do it again. After all, I DID balloon back to my previous weight AND put on... Continue Reading

Where is the Integrity in Internet Marketing?

Posted on January 10, 2011 1:03 AM

While I have been doing business online since 1995, I entered the Internet marketing arena in 2005. When I began selling an ebook detailing my strategies for making money with websites using Google AdSense, I found myself at the forefront of the marketplace. In the years that followed, I was sucked into a swirling vortex of product launches, live events and teleseminars. I met many other Internet marketers and developed relationships with some. Over the... Continue Reading

One of the challenges some people face when first striking out on their own in the online business world is the problem of privacy. Here are some things to think about to keep things in perspective and help ease you into the idea... Continue Reading

No matter how exciting or cool you might think a project is, some of them just don't become as profitable as you would like. It's important to set some boundaries and budget limits at the outset, so that you don't keep pouring money and effort into something that isn't going to go anywhere. Here... Continue Reading

Posted on November 24, 2010 11:40 AM

(Written by guest contributor Dan Nickerson) In preparation for writing this article I thought I would look for a great quote about learning from your mistakes. Wordpress Theme for Affiliate Marketers Copycat

Posted on September 25, 2010 7:24 AM

Recently I was sent a link promoting a new Wordpress theme designed just for affiliate marketers and people wanting to build niche sites. Being the creator of the Socrates Theme, I had to take a look. Sure enough. Here come the copycats. I continue to be amazed at the utter lack of creativity in people who pass themselves off as "experts." Not only is the headline and a bunch of the copy on this new... Continue Reading
