When I was a child in the Chicago suburbs, I recall one summer that our city was completely overrun by cicadas, those noisy flying insects that swarm by the thousands and leave their shell behind when they are finished with them. The Republican National Committee launched a new web game today that illustrates the massive tax increases required to pay for John Kerry's promised spending. Earlier this week the RNC unveiled the Index De Le Miserables, which calculated Senator Kerry's promised spending, promised tax increases, and unidentified tax increases.
