The CB Success Kit

Posted on January 14, 2011 12:36 AM

In the last year my company has had a lot of success with Clickbank, the world's most trusted digital marketplace. We currently have a half dozen products in the Clickbank marketplace and they generate a steady income for my company. One thing all those products have in common is that they were all setup, launched and managed by my VP of Ideas, Dan Nickerson. Dan has become an expert at the rapid development and launch... Ideas for Building Your Lists

Posted on December 2, 2010 11:53 AM

Email lists are arguably an online marketer's best friend. They provide direct lines of communication to people who have already given you a vote of confidence, either by opting in to receive your updates, purchasing a product from you, or both. So how do you get a great email list if you are just starting out? And if you have been in the online business for awhile, how do you build yours and grow it... Continue Reading

Pace Yourself For Success

Posted on July 16, 2010 10:38 AM

I've been online since 1995. That feels like a ridiculously long time. I can remember when programs were written in Basic and games came on floppy disks that held less information than the memory card I now put in my camera. Continue Reading

The Value of Good Service

Posted on July 14, 2010 3:06 PM

(Written by guest contributor Joseph A. Michelli, Ph.D.) Recently, I had a very candid conversation with an entrepreneur whom I've known for a long time but who has never shown much interest in elevating service at his business. During that conversation he said something like, "Joseph I know you believe service is an important value proposition and intuitively it makes sense, BUT I can't monetize the value of service." Inspiration Takes a Vacation

Posted on January 4, 2010 11:13 AM

As December was coming to a close, I began to think of how I might help inspire you in the new year. I knew I would write something and post it on January 1st. But it didn't happen. In fact, January first found me uninspired. I was enjoying hanging out at home with my family and doing absolutely nothing. I thought to myself, I'll just write something on the second instead. Guess what? It didn't... Continue Reading

Gmail TRASHED my Inbox!

Posted on March 30, 2009 2:33 PM

I do not use my Gmail.com account for business. It is my personal account that I use to correspond with friends, family and close business associates. But I DO use the account and have a number of messages that I have saved for one reason or another. Around 2 pm MDT I went to check my Gmail account and was SHOCKED to see that my inbox was EMPTY! I thought, "surely this must be a... Continue Reading

Affiliate Manager Deathmatch

Posted on June 20, 2006 1:06 PM

Did you know that I have been doing business online since 1995? Many people assume that I came out of nowhere with my AdSense training materials, but the fact is that I've been online creating profitable websites for eleven years now! (Wow, has it been THAT long?) One of the ways I generate revenue is with affiliate programs, that is, where I make a commission on products that I sell for OTHER merchants... Continue Reading

Internet Marketing Conferences

Posted on March 29, 2006 1:25 PM

I occassionally receive email that looks like this... "Dear Joel, I have purchased your ebook and applied your strategies to my web pages. It's been a week and I am not making any money. It just doesn't work" Welcome to our microwave society. We want our popcorn done in sixty seconds. And if we can get someone else to put it in the microwave and prepare it for us, all the better. So what is... Continue Reading
