Worst kind of racists

Posted on September 10, 2005 09:23 AM by Joel Comm

Let's play a word game. I'll say the name of a popular camera-hogging celebrity, and then I'll say the first word that comes to mind. Yeah, I know. Not much fun for you, but it's not your blog. Here we go.

I say "Reverend Jesse Jackson"

First word? "Racist"

"Al Sharpton"

Racist

Kanye West

"Stupid Racist Punk"

Oops, that was three words. I guess I lose.

Actually, the minorities in America lose when these so-called leaders and figureheads become the mouthpiece for those who are being kept in bondage by the very people who are claiming to help them.

You've got to be forgiving to Kanye West. He's just another no-talent rapper kid who doesn't know squat. His comments about George Bush being a racist and wanting black people to die were so off the charts that he received thunderous boos when he performed at the NFL Kickoff Show this past week. Even the most jaded and bush-hating amongst us can see that this guy is truly an idiot of biblical proportions. We can let him have his 15 minutes of fame.

But Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are without excuse. Both claiming to be "men of the cloth", these two have been heaping coals on themselves for decades now. Between their own unconfessed (and somewhat public) improprieties and their media-hogging spewing of hate and venom towards white America, these two are an embarrasment to the African-American community. I find it hard to believe that more black leaders don't stand up and tell these two clowns to stand down.

Jesse... Al... you want to HELP black americans? Follow the lead of Bill Cosby. He says that the welfare system is killing people. He says that people need to take personal responsibility for their lives, get off their butts, and make something happen. It is NOT the government's responsibility to take care of people cradle to grave, especially those who are capable!

Unfortunately, this isn't a game of any kind. People are being stripped of their dignity when they follow the corrupt teachings of Revs Jackson and Sharpton. These two need to be put out the pasture and their ideals need to be discarded as irrelevent.

    Hey Joel!

What's even funnier is that Time magazine did a feature article a few weeks ago (before the hurricane) on Kanye West and even put him on the cover with a caption that read something like, "Hip Hop's Class Act".

  2. Joel Says:

Haha.. that is funny. Time Magazine couldn't find the truth no matter what.. Oh, the irony.

  3. Robby Says:

Here's a link to the cover:
    http://www.time.com/time/covers/0,16641,1101050829,00.html

They also say on the cover that he's the smartest man in pop music!

  4. Robert Says:

Hey Joel, I think you are actually about to see my "Conservative" side come out here. As time goes on with the Gulf Coast situation, I am getting much more aggravated by these so-called "victims." I cannot believe the attitudes I am hearing from people there. I once said they were desperate. While this is still true, some of these people are showing horrible ungratefulness and a punk attitude to those that are trying to help them. It is utterly disgusting. Yes, help was slow to arrive and many mistaes were made, but at least be grateful that you are alive and many kind souls are risking their lives to help others. But no, all some of these people spew is hatred and play the pity party "woe is me - the white man owes me" card. One guy even went so far as to spit out his military rations and ask for McDonald's. I say, Oh well, starve to death you ungrateful punk. Let me peface this next statement by saying that I haven't a rascist bone in my body. Skin color means nothing. However, ATTITUDE means everything. What these people are now showing is a typical ("n-bomb") attitude that I see evidenced in rap and hip-hop and all through the ghetto. It is all about doing drugs, breakng the law, and "bangin' hoes" - basically wasting away your life in an alcoholic haze while you blame others for your problems and ask for handouts - more money for weed. Disgusting! And believe me, I have compassion for all of these people. But to spit in the face of help and scream racism to those that are risking their lives to save you - Oh well - LET THEM DIE! At least those that are showing such horrible ghetto superstar attitudes. Let me end by saying that I AM NOT racist at all, just sick of people's attitudes. Whew, that was fun. Now I need an aspirin! HAHA!

  5. Newman Says:

I am certainly not stupid enough to defend Kanye West, or Big Al.
However your statement "He's just another no talent rapper kid" puts you in the same category as any other racist or classist.
There are plenty of rappers who are of more value to the human race and have made significant artistic contributions to the world.

Abuse of any system setup to provide assistance to others is wrong and should be kept in check.

However, according to your saviour and a favorite teacher of mine, it is everymans responsibility to take care of every man, woman, and child who needs it. Regardless of your definition of capability.
Jesus loved and cared for everyone, from the lazy and cynical to the sick and deprived.

You can't have it both ways here Joel, either you believe in a system based on taking care of everyone, or you believe in an individualistic system.

Yeah being lazy or a criminal is a sin, but Jesus never stopped forgiving and never stopped caring.

  6. Dominik Says:

What exactly makes Kanye a racist? His comments about Bush?

He spoke what he felt, and a lot of other minorities feel the same way about Bush.

Granted the comment was uncalled for, especially during an even for raising money for victims but that doesn't make him a racist.

  7. Joel Says:

Newman, nice to see you tone it down. You are certainly welcome here with this approach. You are correct that there are plenty of gifted and talented rappers that do bring a positive influence in our society. I wasn't dissing rap.. I like some of it! I was just saying that he is a flash in the pan... a fluke.. he's got his 15 minutes. I've heard his stuff and am not impressed.

I DO believe in taking care of everyone! I just don't believe the government is equipped to do it. It is the wrong way to go about it, inevitably leading to failure. You will find no greater charitable organizations than those in the private sector... the church and other organizations such as Salvation Army, Feed the Children, the Red Cross, and so on, are the ones doing the REAL relief efforts.. the ones really helping people. Far more efficiently than any government bureaucrat can ever do.

that's the difference between conservatives and liberals. Conservatives believe people know best how to live their lives. Liberals don't.

  8. Joel Says:

    Dominik, nice to see you!

Speaking what you feel is not always the wisest thing to do. Speaking what is true is far better.

Kanye, Sharpton and Jackson are the ones that brought up issues of race in this tragedy. That makes THEM focused on racial issues. Race had nothing to do with the hurricane or the relief efforts. I guess we may as well call Hurricane Katrina racist.. after all, she did the damage.

Bush has put more african-americans in positions of power than any other president, including Clinton, who was for some bizarre reason called "the first black presidnet". Condi Rice. Colin Powell. The list goes on.

Funding for education in poor areas has increased by a ridiculous amount under Bush.

People who think Bush is a racist have been listening to those who push this nonsense.

Michael Graham of the Jewish World Review said it best...

"There's no reason to hide it anymore. Even rap stars like Kanya West have figured it out. "George Bush doesn't like black people." Just ask Condi Rice, Rod Paige or Colin Powell. Air America's Randi Rhodes knows it. She said the Bush is happy when black people are dying. That's why he signed a bill sending $10.5 billion in hurricane relief, much of it going to black communities in Louisiana and Mississippi.

When members of the Congressional Black Caucus compare conditions at the Houston Astrodome to slavery; when Jesse Jackson, Jr. defends the right of looters to steal plasma TVs in order to eat (there's a recipe I'd like to have); when Randall Robinson "reports" that "black hurricane victims in New Orleans have begun eating corpses to survive" (a recipe I'd rather skip); when these unfounded charges are repeated again and again, inflaming racial tension at a time of great national tragedy—what these courageous leaders of America's black community are really saying is "It doesn't matter how many millions of white Americans send how many billions in aid and charity to those suffering along the Gulf. America is still racist and we know it! You can't fool us!"

And I ask you, in all honesty: Who can argue with logic like that"

  9. Lili Says:

Hey gentlemen, I just wanted to make a quick comment. I feel that the whole race thing had nothing to do with anything in the whole hurricane situtation. I am a minority and really disagree with the way that our government handles the aid that they give to people. I used to work in a large company where one of the girls I worked with used to collect public aid, get her housing paid for and mind you, it wasn't a shack at all and made some really decent money. This is also the same lady who used to own leather everything and gold everything and wore lots of it. I on the other hand had 4 children at the time and chose never to go on public aid because I felt that I was a very capable person. We lived very modestly and sometimes struggled, but we came out ok. My oldest in now in college and the next one in line is a senior in high school. Lots of hard work, but I can say that I worked hard to get to where I am. Maybe it was my pride and maybe it was just the fact that my parents were never on public aid that made me think there was no reason for me to become a bum and live off of the tax payer's money. Now call me crazy, but I don't understand how people can mooch off the government and then feel that they have the right to demand anything.

My take on the government aid is that there should be a cut off period where people are given the time and help to find a job and be on their own. Help, yes I agree with, total support for the rest of their lazy lives, I don't think so.

    Peace to you all.

  10. Betsy Markum Says:

I can't believe it, my co-worker just bought a car for $81628. Isn't that crazy!

  11. andreas fulcher Says:

Joel, I love you!!! And I'm black. Joel, why do you call Sharpton and Jesse Jackson racism? Don't you know that they are our spiritual leaders representing Jesus Christ?
What does this say about our culture? Does Jesus condone adutery, embesselment and insighting anger and hate amongst the races by stating (Al Sharpton) "We're not free! We're not free!"? What are these two reverse racists doing? They say they represent Christ! This is an abomination!!! This is why we have no respect; we have no credibility.

Joel, Please call me!!! 972)496-3760 I love talking to people who make sense!

Subject: Whats wrong with my black people? Ann, you are great; aren't we tired of political correctness?
    To: captherp@gmail.com

Why as black people do we continue to use "whitey" as the reason we are down. Quite simply because we need an excuse to explain our substandard society. Ann, as a 37 year old succesful black businessman and Honorary Chairman of the NRCC, I am tired of the excuses. I have no degree. In America we have more opportunity than anywhere else in the world. Here is a good example: In 1987, I was homeless on the streets of New York City with no money. I climbed out of this doldrum by joining the military (military police). After 2 and a half years in Germany I decided to stay and live on the economy (I was an American football player) After realizing this lifestyle, great as it was, was not a lifestyle my conscience could condone (very sinful), I came back to the states in 1996 and humbly worked for my father in construction for $6.00 an hour. I was living at his home and didn't even have a car. But I had reverted to Christ and put my life in his hands.

In 1997, my wife (Viola) of one year and I decided to buy our first home in North Garland. My father dissolve the company that year so I founded my first company after one year of construction experience. The company name is Onycha Industries Corporation; www.onychaindustries.com. In our first five years we grossed $2,700,000.00. We paid off our first mortgage by the grace of God in 2002. I STILL DON'T HAVE A DEGREE!

Get this! In my years I've suffered two major claims for non-payment. The first was for $220,000.00 in my first year of business (1997) to a black general contractor; and then again in 2002 for $70,000.00, also to a black contractor, which proved to be more detramental than the first as it caused me to file personal bankruptcy and cost me a repossession of a 1999 dump truck.

These are my experiences with black contractors. Am I bitter? No. The Lord has blessed me with more than I ever thought I would accomplish. I have forgiven them and asked God to bless them. I hate no man.

Is there racism against blacks? Yes. Black democrats and muslims hate God fearing successful blacks. Of course, if your black, your supposed to be a democrat or a muslim. This is how superficial we are. What about white people, are they racist? There is a bias, but it is up to people like myself to break the stereotype. Until we have proven ourselves to be competant and responsible Americans, there will always be a bias, and rightfully so. The secret of my success is upholding the laws and principles of Christ. If this is done, everything will fall into place.

Hurricane Katrina. To solve their problems, blacks resorted to looting and killing each other. What kind of mantalaty is that? There was no report or video of whites responding in the same manor. What about Hurricane Wilma? I saw no reports of looting or senseless killing.

The mayor of New Orleans claimed over 10,000 people had perished in New Orleans. Why did he exaggerate this? Simply to gain sympathy. How can blacks gain the credibility from white and hispanics with these types of actions and caims? Blacks will never gain credibility until they respect themselves and stop trying to fabricate circumstances which are easily disputed.

Our black leaders are unqualified puppets. Blacks need a leader, so they choose any radical they can hold on to. The only true black leader was Martin Luther King. He was successful because he conducted himself in accordance to Christ. Faracon is powerless because he does not profess Christ. They don't realize they have no spiritual power. Malcom X, the same. The furthest their views will take them is as far as any middle eastern nation.

Ann, the NRCC voted me 2003 Texas Businessman of the Year, not 2003 Black Texas Business Man of the Year. Of course the blacks will argue, "They just want your money!". I had never given any money to the Republican party previously.

If Bush hates black people, why did he invite me to attent his annual dinner in 2004?

Ann, what are we going to do about a culture wallowed in self pity and excuses.
What they really need is Christ, and not be hypocritical when professing Christ.
Black Americans are a very shallow culture, as are many white Americans. Until we understand what it means to be shallow we will never change.

Ann, I am not a preacher; just a man which cares about his culture.

    God Bless You,
    Sincerely,

    Andreas Fulcher

  12. Tonya Adkins Says:

This comment is about Andreas Fulcher, owner of Onycha Industries. It's interesting that he makes comments not only bragging about his success but also describing his negative experience with black contractors. I just wanted everyone to know that I am being threatened by Medina Concrete Company to place a lean on my home because a check from Andreas Fulcher bounced. Medina explained that they pumped the concrete at my home for Andreas. I hired Andreas to do a patio at my home for $3,200. I have paid him in full and have copies of the two cleared checks. Medina states that Andreas owes them $450 for that job and they have the right to go after me by law. I have contacted Andreas several times. He keeps hanging up, telling me he is in a meeting, and telling me not to call. I simply will not accept this and have communicated that to him. Beware!!

  13. D R Says:

This coment is also about the above issue. I also contracted with Onycha Industries recently to perform work at my home, and am also being pursued by a concrete supplier for Onycha/Andreas Fulcher bouncing a check. He invoked the name of Jesus in my conversations with him so often I think he uses it to hide his truly non-Christian nature. I also noticed he behaves in a very racist manner toward his coworkers, who have darker skin than he does. Tonya, I share your experiences dealing with the guy, he treats me the same way. All others on this board, I suggest you re-read Mr. Fulcher's posting above, and realize the depths of a shallow man's hypocracy.

  14. Disturbed Says:

I was accosted by Andreas Fulcher today. I got the impression that he is unstable and potentially dangerous. He cornered me in a local establishment and yelled his doctrine at me (nearly word for word off this page) without my even asking for it. During his rant he began pointing at me, implying that i was "the" white man. He scared me to the point that I was actually looking for a weapon on him and trying to find a way out. I hope no one else has to have this encounter with this possibly dangerous individual.

  15. Also Disturbed Says:

He is clearly delusional, and I pity him. Do a web search and you'll find that the NRCC calls hundreds of suckers "Businessman of the Year" every year in order to get money out of them. Great job Andreas! How much money did you hand over for those bragging rights?

  16. Kayla Says:

That was funny and for one reason only, it was full of racism.

  17. Jennifer Borg Says:

This is what Andreas Fulcher and his wife are really about:

Where do i star? How will this finish?
    I LOVE JESUS!!!

I want to go tell the world life can go on more abundantly through Christ with HIV. What has Jesus done for me after I received the (fatal?) diagnosis at the height of an all-star pro American football career in Hanau, Germany in 1995?

I told an innocent little cheerleader I had the virus and i had to return to States.

Gave her the option to come.

We started over in South Garland, Tx with my parents.

Made a cuvenant with Christ I would not seek medication - be faithful to Viola (difficult due to sexual addiction) and I would live.

Led Viola to the Lord in 1996.

Told no one of the virus except immediate family.

Mortgaged a house in North Garland in Jan. 1997 in faith

Started my own construction company in 1997 after 1 year of construction experience (wanted to pay off the house before I passed for Viola).
    www.onychaindustries.com

In 2000, opened additional office in Austin, Tx.

Coached football at private Christian High Schools

Volunteered with summer serve; a summertime outreach for kids at my former church.
Went on 2 mission trips to Cambodia.

    Went to cancun twice

    Saw the Grand Canyon

    Returned to Germany numerous times.

Played semi-pro football for the Dallas Viper in 2001 (QB) which gave us free luxury box season passes to all home games of the Texas Rangers.

Traveled to Mexico City and Monterrey on business
    seminars.

Bought 3 acres of land in Rockwall with intention of building a 6200 SF house.

    Did so much more!

    Grossed $2,700,000.00 through 2002.

Had full blown AIDS by 2003!

  18. Cheated By Andreas Says:

    Andreas (Or Jennifer),

Perhaps you should list the number of people Andreas cheated in order to fund all his vacations and homes?

Perhaps now that you've bought all your things and consumed so much in the name of Jesus, you might do the Christian thing and settle your debts to the people who trusted you?

    W.W.J.D.? Where will this finish?

  19. Amber Says:

Im referring to the comment posted by Robby. If you have to let it be known TWICE that you are not a racist...you probably are. quote: "What these people are now showing is a typical ("n-bomb") attitude that I see evidenced in rap and hip-hop and all through the ghetto."end quote. Please tell me what is the typical "n-bomb" attitude that you see in the ghetto. I would really like to know. I am a black person and i've seen REAL ghettos Robby and not all of them are gang streets, crack houses and the like. It's a lot of hopelessness and despair. What you said was really stereotypical. How would you like it if I said that all of your people are serial killers and rapists. The end of your tirade was to die for :"Whew, that was fun" I bet it was Robby. Also, if you claim to not be racist stop referring black people as:"these people" and "some of these people". We have a name Robby. It's called African Americans. The least you could do is respect that but i doubt it. And in case you want to know I'm a successful massage therapist with two jobs, no kids, and no record. Guess that blows your theory out of the water.

  20. Amber Says:

Oh yeah, Robby I also lived in the ghetto my entire life and i never touched any kind of drugs, alcohol,or weapons for that matter. Can you say that for yourself?

  21. Amber Says:

    Sorry Robby. I meant Robert.

  22. andreas fulcher Says:

I am responding to the comments made against me about bounced check. I sincerely regret bouncing checks in my attempt to rebound after my bankruptcy and illness. I am sorry for any difficulties I have caused do to my lack of accountabilty. Please forgive me for any inconvenience. It has been extreemely difficult since my BK, however, I am alive by the Grace of God, and will recover!!! God bless you all for your comments.

  23. andreas fulcher Says:

I regret all the inconvenience I have caused in my attempt to recover after my bankruptcy and illness. I, hereby, am asking for forgiveness for anyone I have hurt in my attempt to resurrect my company. Please forgive me. God bless you!

  24. Voice of Concern Says:

Apologies are cheap, Andreas Fulcher. Your company, Onycha Industries and CretePlus, Inc, had damaged many people on the gulf coast. Regardless of skin color, god will hold us all accountable for our behavior. Assuming that your repetitive (and tiresome) invocation of the Lord's name is not a feeble attempt to mask an otherwise evil, corrupt, and dishonest soul, I ask you: What would Jesus do? If you look deeply within yourself, you will hopefully see that cheating others and declaring bankruptcy is not a possible answer. Nor is begging forgiveness without the intent to repair your damage caused to others.

I am hurt. Others are hurt. Because of you. As you might know, God can see you.
