It has been about nine years since I started this blog. Wow, time flies!
Over the years, joelcomm.com has received somewhere in the ballpark of seven million or so visits. Wow!
During this time, I have received numerous requests for guest bloggers to publish articles on the site. To date, I have turned away every one of these requests.
However, due to my sabbatical, I have not been blogging very often. As a result, visitors to my site are not greeted with fresh content.
My policy on guest bloggers changes effective today.
If you are interested in submitting an original article to be published on this blog, I have set up a form for you.

This site has a pagerank 5 and enjoys organic traffic on a daily basis.
I am looking for ORIGINAL articles only. They must be quality pieces with at least 300 words of content. No duplicate or spun content, please.
If I accept your article, I will email you when it is posted. Due to the number of submissions I am expecting, I will not be replying unless I accept your article. You will receive a link back to a website of your choosing with my approval.
So what am I looking for? Here are a few suggestions to get you brainstorming.
– Social Media (how about some Pinterest tips?)
– Technology (tips for getting the most out of your Kindle)
– Software Reviews (especially for mobile devices)
– Marketing (no old-school IM stuff, please… real world marketing only)
… and I am open to other ideas.
Read my blog and see what I write about. It probably won’t do you any good to submit anything related to The Law of Attraction (which you would know if you read my blog!) Self-promotional pieces are also likely to be deleted.

Hi Joel, You must allow guest bloggers to post articles. The contributors also makes an effort to drive traffic to the site.

Guest blogging is definitely a good way to add fresh content to any site. Especially when you can’t dream up anything to write about.
